This Privacy Policy explains how Junk Spark, a service operated by Memorias, LLC (“Junk Spark,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with scale.junkspark.com, our advertisements and lead forms, our scaling-roadmap questionnaire, and our text, call, and email communications (together, the “Services”). By using the Services or submitting your information, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

Your name, phone number, email address, ZIP or service area, and the answers you provide in our lead forms and scaling-roadmap questionnaire (for example, how many trucks you run, your annual revenue range, your growth goal, and which marketing and operations systems you already have in place).

Information collected automatically

IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed and interactions, and cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, Meta’s Conversions API, and the associated click and browser identifiers used for advertising measurement.

Information from third parties

Advertising and lead-form data from Meta and information from the service providers that help us operate the Services.

2. How we use information

Contact you, qualify your interest, and provide and operate the Services;
Deliver your personalized scaling roadmap and send you text messages, place calls, and send emails about your plan and our offerings (see Section 3);
Advertise and re-market, and measure and optimize our advertising, including by sending conversion events to advertising partners;
Analyze usage, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve and develop our Services and offerings;
Comply with law and enforce our terms.

3. Text messages (SMS)

By checking the consent box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive appointment scheduling and customer-care text messages from Junk Spark / Shepherd at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We may also call and email you about your plan; you can opt out at any time.

4. Cookies & advertising

We and our advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel and Conversions API, for functionality, analytics, and advertising. We may combine online and offline (CRM) signals to measure and improve our ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings and manage ad preferences through your Meta account settings.

5. How we share information

Service providers — hosting, CRM, messaging, and advertising providers that process information on our behalf and are permitted to use it only for our purposes;
Meta — we share identifiers and conversion data with Meta for advertising measurement and targeting;
Legal and safety — where required by law or to protect our rights;
Business transfers — in connection with a merger, financing, or sale.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Sharing identifiers with advertising partners for measurement or targeting may be considered a “sale” or “share” under some state laws; see Section 6.

6. Your choices & rights

You can opt out of marketing emails by unsubscribing and of texts by replying STOP. To the extent applicable law grants you rights to access, delete, correct, or opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your information, contact us at grow@junkspark.com and we will respond as required by law.

7. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and for our legal and business needs, after which we delete or de-identify it.

8. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Services are intended for adults 18 and older and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Third-party sites

The Services rely on and may link to third-party platforms (such as Meta). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.
